Day 1

Apply or Reach Out

Days 2–3

Intro Conversation

A 30-minute conversation with our recruiter about your experience, expectations, and the kind of projects you’d like to work on. 

Days 4–5

Technical Interview

A technical discussion with a senior engineer focused on real problem-solving, system design, and role-specific expertise. We care more about how you approach challenges than memorized answers.

Days 6–7

Client Interview

A conversation with the client focused on technical expectations, relevant experience, business domain understanding, communication style, and culture fit within the team and project environment.

Week 2

Offer & Onboarding

Transparent terms, a clear start date, and onboarding prepared before your first day. Access, equipment, and team introductions are organized in advance so you can focus on the work from day one.
