QA Automation Engineer

We help startups, product companies, and digital businesses build and scale software teams through staff augmentation, dedicated squads, and full-cycle product delivery.

Now we’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering network and help deliver high-quality and reliable software solutions for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design automation test strategies
• Develop and maintain automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software products
• Configure and maintain automated testing environments integrated with CI/CD pipelines
• Identify and prioritize test cases suitable for automation
• Work closely with developers to integrate automated testing into development workflows and provide quality feedback
• Investigate test failures and work with development teams to identify root causes and solutions
• Perform manual testing where automation is not applicable
• Identify, document, and track defects using established defect tracking tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and automation testing
• Strong experience designing and implementing automated tests for UI and backend using frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, XUnit, or similar
• Strong programming skills in any of the languages: Python, C#/.NET, or Golang
• Experience with different testing types, including database, API, performance, and load testing
• Experience working with JIRA and maintaining test cases, test plans, executions, and automated reporting is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, readiness and ability to work both independently and within distributed teams
